Total delay of a vehicle is the sum of control delay and geometric delay. Vehicles in queue are those that are included in the queue of stopping vehicles (as defined above) and have not yet exited the intersection. Civil disobedience has been a recurrent issue in our society because many people oppose unjust laws and actions set upon our country.
